David is among the leading experts in native bird identification in San Joaquin County and northern California. David is a past President of the San Joaquin County Audubon Society and the founder and first President of the Central Valley Bird Club. The tours will begin (9:30 AM) and end (approximately 11:30 AM) at the parking lot at Heritage Oak, and will include walks though portions of vineyards, along the Mokelumne River bank and across riparian woodland. Both series will be geared toward birding enthusiasts of all levels. Children are welcomed. The cost is $20 per person. An optional lunch, served with wine, is available for another $10 upon request. The city of Stockton will be the site of the biggest Chinese party in the Central Valley.
The parade is anticipated to be larger than last year and will continue to energize the streets
of Downtown Stockton.

Lodi Spring Wine Show March 26-27, 2010 Time: 6pm - 9pm The 30th Annual Lodi Spring Wine Show will be held from 6-9 p.m. each night in the Ole Mettler Grape Pavilion at the Lodi Grape Festival grounds. More than 3,000 people attend this event featuring wine tasting from over 50 wineries, hors d'oeuvres, music, wine related vendors, beer tasting from local and national breweries and a chance to win over 100 bottles of wine in the Ultimate Wine Basket Raffle. March 27, 2010 From the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City comes the incomparable Ballet Folklórico de México of Amalia Hernández in a special production commemorating two milestones in Mexican history—the country’s bicentennial celebration of its independence and the centennial of the Mexican Revolution.
