Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 12:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please respect fellow guests.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH within the resort for safety.
Pets: Allowed with restrictions—must be leashed, cleaned up after, and cannot be left unattended. A $2.00 per night fee applies.
Pool & Spa Rules:
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.
- The spa is for adults only (18+).
Site Maintenance: Guests must keep sites clean; trash pickup is available.
Visitors: Overnight visitors must register at the reception desk and pay $2.00 per person, per night fee.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Laundry Room: Machines use cards from the office only—no quarters. Open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Fri-Sat until 9:00 PM).
No Tent Camping: Absolutely no tent camping is allowed.
Parking Restrictions: No parking in vacant sites. No boats or cargo trailers for extended guests.
Emergency Contacts: Sheriff: 209-468-4400, CHP: 209-943-8600. In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify the office.

A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking.

For reservations within 72 hours of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before arrival.
$25 cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 48 hours before check-in.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.
